We now start to cut a parcel of gem quality rough White opals from White Cliff NSW. We also sell parcels of white opal in different quality with different price level. Very little opals are found in White Cliff in last 20 years, very few people are still mining there now. I drove to lightning Ridge a few weeks ago, where the best quality  black opal are found. I contacted Denise at Rockhounds and without hesitation she said she would replace the stone for me at no charge. I sent the earrings back to Sydney from the US and they were returned within a month.
